  3. We will negotiate with the listing agent on your behalf to make sure the price is right (sometimes we can get it reduced), and that the terms of the lease are correct.
  4. We’ll answer all of your questions and if we don’t have the answer, we’ll get it especially if we need to ask the listing agent.
  5. We will help with any other needs and concerns you may have especially if you’re moving from outside the Palm Springs Area. Our goal will be to make your move stress free as possible and hopefully, enjoyable.
