If you’ve noticed many agents ask for referral business at the end of their newsletters and emails. We never have and we should. So many of our past clients are very happy with their experience with us and so we’d like to ask you to tell your friends.

When was the last time you sat down at a dinner party and did NOT discuss Real Estate? How often has someone asked you how much you are enjoying your Palm Springs home? Has anyone asked you if they can rent your home?

Recently our friend Liam was on a cruise with some friends. They were discussing buying a home and the two friends were having a real bad time with their current agent. Seems as though he wasn’t really listening to what they were saying and so Liam’s friends expressed a desire to switch agents. (Sad state when a sales person doesn’t listen to a client’s NEEDS.) So Liam introduced us and we struck up a great relationship! (And it won’t be long before they find their ideal vacation retreat.)

Did we treat you well enough to refer us to your friend?
A Realtor should be your short-term best friend. After all, we will talk on the phone, and at times, endlessly as we conduct the search. And then we will talk often as we wade through the paperwork involved with the transaction. There will be hurdles, challenges and things to do. Most of the time, everything will get done as we almost always close our deals.
Did we go above and beyond the call of duty and service?
I can’t remember a sale where we didn’t over perform. Yes, we are bragging!
Many of our clients live out-of-town and need help during the transaction. And that mostly comes after the close of the deal. When most other agents vanish into thin air. Not us. We will help after the sale as you try to get the trades people into the home to take estimates or begin work.
Over the years we’ve had a number of referrals and they have all turned out to be happy home buyers. One referral from one satisfied buyer translated into FOUR transactions. Three of them were on one street as we were handed off from seller to seller.

It’s summer and things slow down but we are still here and have lots of great values to choose from.
